Q) When will my NMN arrive if I order online?
If you choose to pick up at the store:

Your goods will generally arrive in 2-3 working days. After the product arrives at the pick-up point, SF Express will send you a "Pickup Notification" message. The specific time is subject to SMS. -

Our delivery time is 3-5 working days. Please kindly wait for a little while longer. If you do suspect that your order is missing, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team and provide your delivery number for us to look into the matter.

Q) What is the return policy?
We are pleased to offer a free 7-day return policy for all products in new and unopened condition. The products must also be purchased at our Next Miracle Nutrient webstore or experience center. Please keep your receipt and visit our experience center or alternatively send the product back to us by mail to submit for a full refund. (Excluding shipping fee and other tax fees)

Q) If I have purchased the product via the webstore, is it possible to apply for a refund before it has been delivered to me?
Yes. Once we have received your refund request, and approved your eligibility, we will begin the refund procedure. If you have paid via a credit card, it may take 5-10 working days. You can also ask your credit card service provider for the refund progress.

Please note that all products are only eligible for a refund if they are unopened, unused and authentic. The product must be purchased within 7 days, and the receipt must be presented for the refund application. The refund amount will be the price of the product at the time of purchase. Yes. We are pleased to offer a 7-day exchange policy. You can visit our experience center or alternatively send the product you wish to exchange back to us by mail. Please provide a valid receipt or proof of payment for an eligible exchange. If the returned item(s) in question do not meet our standards, we reserve the right to refuse exchange. Product exchange procedure
Please present a valid receipt along with your purchase at our experience center or via mail delivery info@nextmiraclenutrient.com to apply for an exchange. If you choose to exchange via mail delivery, we kindly ask you to send a photo of the damaged goods to our customer support team within 7 days. You will then receive an address for mailing the damaged product back to us. Once we have received your product, we will arrange a product exchange as soon as possible.

Promotion Terms and Conditions apply
The referral program terms apply to the promotion offered by Next Miracle Nutrient. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Next Miracle Nutrient may change the Promotion Period at any time in its absolute discretion.
2. During the Promotion Period, an individual who already has a valid NMN Account opened in their name (the “Referrer”) will be provided a unique Referral Program code (an “Invitation Code”) by Next Miracle Nutrient via the email for completing a “Successful Referral”.
3. A “Successful Referral” occurs when the following conditions are satisfied:
During the Promotion Period:
A. Referrer provides his / her Invitation Code to an individual who has never held a NMN Account in their name (a” Referee”)
B. The Referee applies for a NMN Account using the Referrer’s Invitation Code and make success purchase transaction
C. Next Miracle Nutrient notifies the Referee that their NMN Account has been successfully opened and their transaction has been done
4. Following a Success Referral, each of the Referrer and the Referee will be eligible to receive credit back from Next Miracle Nutrient according to the table below:

5. A Referee can only participate in the Referral Program once. Neither participation in the Referral Program by a Referrer or a Referee nor eligibility for any Reward may be transferred, exchanged or converted into any other benefit or right.
6. Next Miracle Nutrient reserves the right, at any time without notice or reason and in its sole discretion, to:
A. Change, modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program or these terms (including any Reward and their monetary value);
7. If any dispute arises in connection with the Referral Program, Next Miracle Nutrient’s decision is final.
B. Refuse to offer or distribute a Reward to any Referrer or Referee if Next Miracle Nutrient believes a NMN Account as been opened for an improper purpose or for any reason Next Miracle Nutrient deems appropriate;
C. Make any decision in connection with the Referral Program;
D. Determine that an Invitation Code has been used for an improper purpose and cancel the use of any such Invitation Code. Any such decision shall be conclusive and binding on a Referrer or Referee (as applicable).
